How does the program work?
Once you join, you’ll receive an autographed copy of The Second Wave Life book, access to the online learning platform, and invitations to exclusive virtual mastermind sessions. You can complete the lessons at your own pace.
The Chapters of the online program align with the chapters of the book and contain video deep dives into each of the tools, journaling and discussion prompts and interviews with others that have experienced this life change.

Who is Andrew Williams?
Andrew is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, entrepreneur, and M&A professional who helps people design purposeful lives after success.
Why did Andrew create Second Wave Life?
He noticed that many owners prepare their companies for sale but not themselves – so he created a framework to help them prepare personally. For many, the topic of this transition is challenging to discuss. The Second Wave Life program provides discussion questions and a format to have conversations with key people in your life.
Does Andrew provide one-on-one coaching?
He occasionally works with select clients individually, but most participants engage through the online learning platform and mastermind groups.
Is Andrew available for speaking engagements?
